Paperly is a free invoicing tool that allows users to create and share professional invoices, quotes, receipts, and other business documents for Kenyan businesses.

You retain all rights to the content you create using Paperly, including invoices, quotes, and receipts. We do not claim ownership of your documents or business information.
Paperly's design, code, features, and branding are owned by Nuvana Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform.
By uploading content such as logos and business information, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for providing the Service to you.
Your use of Paperly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Key points: we never sell your data to third parties, you can request deletion of stored documents where applicable, and all data transmission is encrypted over HTTPS.
We strive to maintain a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, outages, or force majeure events.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, change pricing if applicable, and update these Terms with notice where appropriate.

You may stop using Paperly at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us or use the account deletion feature if available.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use the Service for fraudulent purposes, engage in abusive behavior, or have an inactive account for 2+ years.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts, subject to applicable jurisdiction.
